The reason is that I am not satisfied with the organisation of the web content which accumulated here at avantart.org in nearly 15 years... as I publish in the web since 1993...

I am looking for content management and the first test with Joomla, which I used for the relaunch of www.terterian.org, was not very satisfiying.

Now I am learning the use of Drupal and so the first website to relaunch with that CMS will be www.petuschki.net, as this website is not as complex as Avantart.

When this relaunch is done, I will start to move over Avantart.com, but until then not so much new content will be added here.

there is a long article out now: the online-edition of the german weekly magazine DIE ZEIT presents a portrait of Heinz-Erich Gödecke in their series "my life with music"
There is also an audio-file at hand, so you can find out about the sound of plants!

June 24, the opening of my photoexhibition Chaveli Spirt in the Club in Yerevan will happen. At the same evening, Heinz will have a concert with the singer Anna Mayllian and armenian musicians at that venue.

The Club is the place in Yerevan for (Club-)Culture: Jazz, Concerts, readings, exhibitions. Very ambitious and well run.

A week later, June 29, the opening of my photoexhibition "Dveri. Doors".

14 Armenian presented me their associations with "Life" and I added this to the "standard" armenian doors...

This exhibition takes place in the Naregatsi Art Institute in Yerevan. Unfortunately, the Website of this institution is not very up to date.

I've been in Moscow again.
The second anniversary of Nick's death.

Life in Moscow is hard, takes your energy. But it's worth that.

A wonderful concert by Alexej Lubimov at the Conservatory (Debussy und Schönberg), the Photobiennale, an excursion to Petushki, the quest for the monument for Venitshka...

the blog-navigation is not 100%, but therefore you have MP3-streaming here... And I go to Moscow for a week

as the new server does not support realmedia-streaming, I had to switch all realaudio-files to MP3-format.

Now MP3-streaming should work if you have configured some MP3-application for MP3- and/or M3U-files in your browser (M3U-files are MP3-playlists)

let me know if it does not work, my tests with different browsers were positive

as far as I see now, the move to the new hoster worked out. Some files may be missing, some scripts may be misfunctional, future will show. The real difference to the old hoster: now we have no Realaudio-Server-Support anymore. That#s why I converted all soundfiles to MP3. We will see, we will hear
